Vdara Hotel Condos will be the only condo hotel component in MGM City Center. VDARA aims to provide the ideal balance of access and escape. Designed by RV Architecture LLC, the 50-story tower, built in muted shades of ebony, will feature understated interior decor to complement its stunning open floor plans and walls of windows designed to take full advantage of the spectacular views of the city and its lights.

Incredibly located between Bellagio and CityCenter's Hotel-Casino Resort, VDARA will have about 1,543 hotel-condominium units ranging from studios of about 500 sq. ft., deluxe studios of  about 650 sq. ft., one-bedroom suites and one and two bedroom multi-level penthouses of about 2,200 square feet.

MGM City Center's VDARA Towers will offer a variety of amenities: a luxurious spa and salon, pool with cabanas, a fitness center, a destination restaurant, 24-hour concierge service, state of the art conference and meetings facilities, room service, housekeeping and valet parking. Owners also will have the option to rent out their units on a nightly basis through an MGM MIRAGE MANAGED  rental program. As a client of the Stark Team, we are pleased to offer you a REDUCED DEPOSIT SCHEDULE

A 20% deposit is required rather than the 30% deposit that MGM will require in the public sale.

To reserve a unit in Vdara you will need to send us  $10,000 check made payable to Nevada Title Company accompanied by the Official Reservation Forms & Disclosures that can be downloaded by clicking on the links below.

This deposit is fully refundable and non-unit specific at this time. Floorplan info will be available soon, followed by an appointment time to select your unit - sometime in February. The appointments will be scheduled in 3 hour time slots. There are also 3 color palettes of materials and finishes available for your selection. We will be available as your agents to help you select the best values and view corridors. By having the experience of the Stark Team on your side - you will be assured of expert consulting advice at no cost to you.

Contracts will be sent within a week of unit selection and they must be signed & accompanied by the balance of 10% at which time the deposit becomes non refundable.  A second 10% will be required 6 months later

No more funds will be needed until completion which is estimated to be November 2009.
